You must report a defective product and initiate the return process within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date. Claims reported outside of this window may not be accepted.
How to Submit a Defective Product Claim
To initiate a return or exchange for a defective item, please follow these steps:
Return Shipping
If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the defective item. We will cover the shipping costs for the return and for sending out a replacement product.
