Our Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective due to manufacturing or material faults.We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products damaged due to normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or accidents.
• Changes of mind or buyer's remorse.
• Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.

Timeframe for Claims

You must report a defective product and initiate the return process within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date. Claims reported outside of this window may not be accepted.

How to Submit a Defective Product Claim

To initiate a return or exchange for a defective item, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Proof: In your communication, please include your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and clear photographs or a video illustrating the issue.
3. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your claim and provide instructions on how to return the item. Do not send the product back until you receive authorization from us.

Return Shipping

If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the defective item. We will cover the shipping costs for the return and for sending out a replacement product.

Refunds and Replacements

Upon receiving the defective item and verifying the fault, we will process your request. You may choose one of the following options:

• Replacement: We will send a new, non-defective replacement product to you at no additional charge.
• Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
